A.     Website – Gary returned from Europe.  He will ready to start, but wants someone from the board to learn how to manage the site.  Glen volunteered to do this.  He just needs information to put on the site and he can get started.  Some ideas include a home page  (name, logo, picture of the lake, mission statement) with the following links:  Notices (current stuff), Join Us, Calendar of events, History of lake with old info that we scan and put on, Lake Photos, How to contact us (eaglelake.com), Newsletters (current and past), Board Minutes, Treasurer reports, Want Ads, Interesting links.  Adobe Dream Weaver needs to be purchased to manage the website.  It will cost between $300-350.  The annual web service is about $100 per year. Norm motioned to approve the purchase of the software needed to manage the website and for Glen to work with Gary.  Dave seconded.  Motion carried.  Send Glen any ideas to put on the web, photos too!  We will promote the website at the annual meeting.

B.     Halverson Damn – Skip (DNR) is still working on offering to purchase the Halverson land.

C.     Welcome Boat – They delivered packets on Sunday, Nov. 11They would like the Board to keep track of how many people join due to their efforts to see if it is work it to continue.  We discussed advertising in each newsletter a list of new association members.  Good idea!
