Call to Order: President Dave Knapper at 7:26 P. M.

A. Secretary’s Report: Motion by Kim to approve secretary’s report. Seconded by Tammy. Motion was approved.

Treasurer’s Report:

A. Treasurer’s report was approved. There were no expenses in April. Income of $385 for dues. We have about 80 paid members for the year.

Committee Reports:

A. Water Quality (Kim, Bill, Darwin) –

1 Glen updated the board on the different readings he has been taking and he will submit data to STORE-Its.

B. Events (Beth) –

1 Garage Sale – Same ad as last year was placed and it will run Thursday Friday and Saturday.

2 June Social – We need paper products (plates, silverware, napkins). Glen will get these donated from McDonald’s. Thanks Glen!

C. Membership (Dan, Darwin) –

1 Deb Zinda bought Vercota’s house on Co Rd 9

D. Newsletter (Tammy) – No report

Old Business:

A. Gravel Pit – CARD group is asking for a moratorium for Duinincks to not open any more pits for 1 year. CARD wants support from the Eagle Lake Board (not financial, but verbal and attendance at townships and county meetings).

New Business:

A. Eagle Lake Directory - Dan will take care of getting some to Knapper’s.

B. May Billing Statements – Folded, Stuffed, Sealed and reading to be mailed.

C. Country Store Signs – Need to be updated with events and board members.
