Call to Order: President Bill at 8:00 P. M.
Harry Fenstra asked the board to pay the light bill for the light on the corner of eagle Rd N and Co Rd 9 that is in his name. He was told to submit the bill to the board for further discussion. Dan will communicate this to him.
Committee Reports:
A. Events (Beth) –
1. Annual Picnic – Ordered 100 meals – just about right! We served 80 with not many leftovers. Ice Cream – ordered about 100 and were a few short. Just be sure everyone gets one before seconds are handed out or we will buy more next year.
1 Many dues paid this month, after billing statement sent out. Many homes being built on the lake. 9 properties currently for sale according to a website.

Suggestions made, Tam will make changes and get
jump drive to Glen to take to the printer.

1. Poor quality photos in newsletter – glen talked to the printer and he will only charge us half price for the printing due to poor quality. Discussed options for better quality pictures. Glen volunteered to help Tammy get them downloaded better. Short discussion on buying a digital camera for the Eagle Lake board for use on all events. No decision made. Follow up discussion in September.
2. Item from questions at the annual picnic – Harry Fenstra brought up the idea of Eagle Lake and DNR building riprap along Co Rd 9, near Halverson damn, where there are no houses. Discussion included needing owner involvement, not necessarily the board.
