Members Absent: Kim Baker, Gary Hanson,

Call to Order: President Norm Westby at 8:00 P. M. (after the annual picnic)

Secretary’s Report: No report

Treasurer’s Report: 7 more members paid tonight, approximately 167 paid members, expense of water testing this month. Motion by Dave to approve treasure’s report. Seconded by Erik.

Committee Reports:

A. Events –

a. Annual Picnic – August 13 at Simons. 42 families attended. Had about 100 people in attendance. Need to purchase plates & napkins for the next event. Plan for 100 again next year. Good amount of food. 2 cases of pop and 2 cases of water (ran out of both at the end). Paid for ice-cream ($2 per box of 24 small sandwiches) with an Eagle Lake T-shirt.

A. Website – Change Board to say 2009, not 2008. Add leaf pickup to Breaking News Section.
